Welcome to Jayne Herbert Art

I would describe Jayne Herbert’s work as “abstract expressionist”. Her home is Jersey in the Channel Islands and her work is hugely influenced by island life, travelling to England where she visits her hometown of Lytham on the coast in Lancashire.

Her love of nature, the landscape, estuaries, buildings, relics, rocks, stones and what lies within the universe and beyond are her inspiration.

Artist Introduction

Since graduating in 2006 in fine art, Jayne has been involved in many creative areas including ceramics, furniture design, sculpture, film and photography.

Painting is her passion and she feels that this body of work presented to you would be described as a creation of ‘painterly effects in abstract form’.
